Tecnograin Polyurethane items are produced by injection moulding.
The specific formula of this thermoplastic granule allows the production of a variety of items characterized by very complex geometry – even with reduced dimensions – respecting strict tolerances.
Its peculiar features ensure its easy flow through the mould filling channels and is suitable for production on a large scale, at very low costs.
Tecnograin is characterized by unique features, and has been conceived meet the most updated and demanding applications.

We can supply Polyester-based (MDI) or Polyether-based (TDI) Tecnograin.
Tecnograin MDI: Optimal when chemical and mechanical resistance are required. This formulation enhances abrasion resistance and shelf life of items involved in the most demanding applications.
Tecnograin TDI: Polyether-based TPU is highly recommended when resistance to hydrolysis is essential. It is characterized by a good antimicrobial action and guarantees good performances at low temperatures.
